Persistence pays off...Unless you're fat

Tuesday felt aaight, as I did some lifting at the Shed. Nothing too crazy just some back workouts and some hangs on the campus board. Still too fat to try and do drops not to mention climbing the board for that matter. Body feels a bit weird from my thermogenics extravaganza over the weekend so I have stopped using them for this week. Or two.
The Monday before that was pretty funny. I went down to the Del Mar Pool with Sammie the Jew to meet up with Elijah and pump out some laps. I changed my mind quite quickly after watching Elijah and friends swim off like well choreographed synchronized train just tooting along these 100 yds of euphoria. I was definitely not ready for the long course as I have already shown at the Coral Casino in Montecito. In Elijah's words, I believe he said I looked like I was '...trying to drown myself and sucked at it.' Please correct me if I'm wrong, Sir Shamu.

Back Stiznuff

  • 3x10 rear lat raises - 20/25/35 lb dumb bells.
  • 3x10 delts - front,mid and rear 20/20/25's
  • 3x10 Arnold T-bar - 135/180/225/250 for 5 reps.

Climbing-esque stuff

  • 3 and 4 finger hangs for 5 seconds 10x on each
  • around 10 holds on the wall for 5 seconds each.
