What do you like to do on a day off from anything? Eat? Sleep? Veg out on some television? That's what I thought I was going to do but I guess Sam had OTHER plans. After I washed my salsa and chips down with two fat tires Sam asked if I wanted to watch his 300 Spartan workout. It sounds gay, I understand, but he wanted to see if I would be interested in trying it out for myself. On a later date. That date somehow became today so I shall break the break down for

The Warm-Up
- Circuit 2x15 for each workout:
- squats on 1/2 swede ball
- Leg tucks with feet on full swede ball
- pull-ups on rope with body at 45 degree angle. Feet touching ground.
- push-ups using the As Seen On TV rotating push-up grips
The Real Warm-Up
- Resistance bands on ankles and above knees, using 1/2 of a basketball court for each workout.
